AR141 - Dunning Letter File Generation

Run AR141 (Dunning Letter File Generation) to produce a print file, a
comma-separated value (CSV) file, or both a print file and a CSV file, of
letters selected for dunning by AR140 (Dunning Letter Selection) and AR74.1
(Dunning Letter Selection Maintenance - Advanced).

Use the print file as any other Lawson print file to view the letters online
and  print them from the UNIX  machine.

Use the LAWSON INSIGHT Process Agent to export the CSV file to a Microsoft
program (for  example, Excel) and produce customized dunning letters on your
PC.

The Lawson Process Agent comes standard with this release; however, you must
install it on your PC. For instructions on installing the Lawson Process
Agent, see your installation  documentation.  For instructions on using the
Lawson Process Agent, see  the online documentation that comes with the Lawson
Process Agent.

Use the Update=Yes option to update the historical file and give a status of
Complete to the dunning cycle ID.

                 information.


    ARCUSTOMER - Reference customer information.

    ARDUNHIST  - Maintains the dunning history records.

    CKPOINT    - Maintains Checkpoint/Restart information.
