AR208 - Customer Defaults Listing

Run AR208 (Customer Defaults Listing) to list an individual or all customer
defaults codes for a company. The information defined for each customer
default code in AR08 (Customer Defaults) is included on the listing. The
listing sorts in customer default code order and page breaks between codes.
