BN05.1 - Standard Letter

Use BN05.1 (Standard Letter) to write the body of a standard letter. You
define the salutation and closing of letters when you print them in BN171
(COBRA  Letters) or BN285 (Standard Letter Print).

Examples of a standard letter include an initial notification letter to COBRA
participants or a notification to COBRA participants and retirees of a
delinquent payment.
