BN285 - Standard Letter Print

Run BN285 (Standard Letter Print) to print standard or free-form letters. You
can print letters, labels, both letters and labels, or a one-page letter and
label form.

A standard letter is a letter that is sent to more than one person on a
regular basis. A free-form letter is letter that is sent once to a particular
employee, dependent, COBRA participant, retiree, or for a particular
situation. Standard letters are defined in BN05.1 (Standard Letter); free-form
letters are defined in BN85.1 (Free-Form Letter).

BN285 prints free-form letters based on the letter's date and print status.
You define the salutation and closing of free-form letters when you define the
letter.
