BN236 - Participation Report

Run BN236 (Participation Listing) to list the plan participants of defined
contribution and defined benefit plans.

The report shows the employee's date of birth, age, plan entry date, service
requirements, and plan year compensation. Plan year compensation is from the
Covered Comp field of BN56.1 (Compensation History). The report only includes
employees with defined contribution and defined benefit records. The
information on this report is current as of the last run of PR199 (Payroll
Close).

The listing groups plan participants by

- those who have satisfied the minimum number of hours to be eligible for a
contribution,

- those who have satisfied the minimum number of hours to prevent the year
from being considered a break in service, and

- those who have not satisfied the minimum hours of service due to a break in
service.

The report uses the parameters from the Vesting Compensation form tab of
BN15.1 (Benefit Plan).
