DT220 - Customer BOE Maturity Listing

Run DT220 (Customer Bill of Exchange Maturity Listing) to produce a listing of
customer bills of exchange to be cashed for a company or range of companies by
company and maturity date,  with  total amounts to be cashed for  each
maturity date and for each  company.
