FB25.1 - Budget Control

Use FB25.1 (Budget Control) to display all valid budgets for a specific
company. You can display budgets for a single fiscal year or all company
fiscal years.

The budget number, fiscal year, budget description, the last date the budget
was calculated, the last date the budget was changed, and whether the budget
is Locked or Calculated display.

If Locked displays, the budget cannot be modified. Use FB20.5 (Lock) in the
New Budget button to unlock the budget. If Calculated displays, changes were
made to the budget after the last time you calculated it. You must recalculate
the budget to incorporate those changes using FB100 (Budget Calculate -
Computes) or FB101 (Budget Calculation - Rates).
