GL160 - Chart of Accounts Interface

Run GL160 (Chart Of Accounts Interface) to load the chart of accounts
interface file for use in the Lawson system. During the interface process, all
records are edited for errors. When a record is moved from the General Ledger
Interface  Chart (GLICHART) file to the General Ledger Chart (GLCHART),
General Ledger Chart Summary (GLCHARTSUM) and General Ledger Chart Detail
(GLCHARTDTL) files, the interface file is  deleted, unless errors are found.

Use GL60.1 to correct errors and rerun this program.

Run GL260 (Chart Interface Listing) to list chart records in the General
Ledger Interface file to verify chart details before running this program.

Use GL00.1 (Chart of Accounts) to display and maintain converted information
after you run this program.




Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart capability.

    GLCHART    - Updated with the last summary account sequence number.

    GLCHARTDTL - This file is used to create detail account records.

    GLCHARTSUM - This file is used to create summary account records

    GLICHART   - This file is used as input for creation of summary and posting
                 accounts. Records will be deleted upon creation of the summary
                 or posting account.


    OBJID      - This file is used to store the last summary account sequence

    ACACCTCAT  - References this file to validate account categories.

    MXLISTHDR  - Used to validate the existence of an object list.
