GL162 - AU Attribute Interface

Run GL162 (AU Attribute Interface) to load the accounting unit attribute
interface file for use in the Lawson system. During this conversion process,
all records are edited for errors. When a record is moved from the Accounting
Unit Attribute Conversion (AUMXCONV) file to the Accounting Unit Attribute
Value (AUMXVALUE) file, the interface file is deleted, unless errors are
found.

Use GL62.1 to correct errors and rerun this program.

Run GL262 (AU Attribute Interface Listing) to list interface records. Use this
to confirm information before running GL162.

Use MX00.1 (Attributes) to display and maintain converted information after
you run this program.




Updated Files

    AUMXCONV   - This file stores the accounting unit attribute information to
                 be converted to the General Ledger system.


    AUMXVALUE  - This file stores attribute values to be converted to the
                 General Ledger system.


    CKPOINT    - Used for restart capability.

    MXOBJCAT   - This file stores relationships between objects and attributes.
