GL326 - Glamountsx File Rebuild

Run GL326 (Glamountsx File Rebuild) to re-calculate posted account period
balances in the General Ledger Amounts-Daily (GLAMOUNTSX) file from
transaction activity.

Before you run this program, you must select Yes in the Account Daily Balance
field in the Account Information subform or Summary Account Options subform in
GL00.1 (Chart of Accounts) for each account in the period you want to
transfer.

Use GL43.1 (Daily Transaction Analysis) to view daily transactions.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart capability.

    GLAMOUNTSX - This file is updated with daily posting account balances.

    GLUNITSX   - This file is updated with posting account unit daily balances.

                 program.  This file is not used by this program.


    GLCHART    - This file is accessed by a common routine used by this
                 program.  This file is not used by this program.


    GLCHARTDTL - Used to validate the existence of a detail account.

                 program. This file is not used by this program.


    GLSYSTEM   - Used to validate the existence of a company.

    GLTRANS    - Used to rebuild the posting account period balances.
