IN02.1 - Region Maintenance

Use IN02.1 (Region Maintenance) to define and maintain a list of region codes
within countries.  The countries must all have been defined in IN01.1 (Country
Maintenance).  Country and region codes are predefined in the Intrastat
Classification Nomenclature.
