IN04.1 - Port Code Maintenance

Use IN04.1 (Port Code Maintenance) to define and maintain a list of valid
ports of loading/unloading by country for Intrastat reporting. The country
codes must be valid  codes in IN01.1 (Country Maintenance); the port codes are
predefined in the Intrastat Classification Nomenclature for countries in the
European Community.
