PA549 - Employee,Appl Test Conversion

Run PA549 (Employee, Applicant Test Conversion) to convert employee or
applicant test information from a comma-separated value (CSV) file to PA49.1
(Employee Tests) or PA49.3 (Applicant Tests).

Planning considerations
- This program processes records in the order provided by the CSV file. If
you are converting sequenced tests (that is, test with an originating test),
convert the tests in sequential order. For example, Test 1, then Test 2.
- If an employee does not meet the eligibility criteria defined in PA48.1
(Test Set Up), the information will be converted. However, a message prints on
the error report.
- You run the program separately to convert employee or applicant test
information. You can convert past, present, or future test information.

Before you convert employee or applicant test information to PA49.1 or PA49.3:
- Be sure the test sequence on the CSV file is the way you want it in the
Personnel Administration system. Tests are converted in the same sequence they
appear on the CSV file.
- Ensure the test is defined in PA48.1.
- Ensure employees or applicants exist in the Personnel Administration system.
- Ensure test results are defined in PA48.2 (Test Results).
- Ensure test reason (TA) codes are defined in HR04.1 (HR Code Setup).
- Ensure establishment information is defined in HR04.1.
