PA590 - Health,Safety Incident Convers

Run PA590 (Health,Safety Incident Conversion) to convert health and safety
incident information from a comma-separated value (CSV) file to
- PA90.1 (Health,Safety Incident),
- PA90.2 (Incident Follow Up), or
- PA90.3 (Incident Costs).

You run the program separately for each conversion; to convert information
for all three forms, you run PA590 three times.

Before you convert health and safety information in PA90.1, PA90.2, or PA90.3:
- Be sure you define all incident codes associated with the incidents, follow
up, and costs.

Before you convert follow up or cost information in PA90.2 or PA90.3:
- Be sure you convert or create the incidents in PA90.1.

PA590 updates the following files:
