PR120 - Mass Pay Update

Use PR120 (Mass Pay Update) to increase or decrease the rate of pay for
multiple employees.

To verify the selected employees and the pay rate changes, run PR120 with the
Report option prior to running it with the Update option.

When you run PR120 with the Update option, the system updates the Rate of Pay
field on the employee record.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - The Universe file used for recovery.

    EMPLOYEE   - Used to retrieve the employee number, name and old pay rate.
                 When you run the program for the Update option, the rate is
                 updated.

    STANDTIME  - Used to update the standard time records with a new pay rate.

    DEPTCODE   - Used to validate department.

    JOBCODE    - Used to validate the job code.

    PAPOSRULE  -

    PCODES     - Used to validate the union code and user level.

    PERSGROUP  - Used to validate the employee group.

    PGEMPLOYEE - Used to determine which employees are included in an employee
                 group.

    PRSYSTEM   - Used to validate the company and process level.
