PR16.1 - Step And Grade Schedule

Use PR16.1 (Step and Grade Schedule) to define a matrix of pay rates based on
steps and grades. You can associate employees with step and grade schedules
when you define the employee record.

When you define a step and grade schedule, you define the schedule name and
grades, and the system sequentially assigns the Step fields beginning with
number one.

You can override step, grade and schedule for an employee at time record
entry.

You can assign an employee to either a step and grade schedule, or a grade
range schedule for wage analysis, but not both.

    PRSAGDTL   - Contains a specific pay rate that corresponds with a schedule,
                 effective date, step, and grade.

    PRSAGHEAD  - Used to validate a step and grade schedule and salary class.


Referenced Files

    CUCODES    -

    PATHFIND   - Used to locate employees with a specific step and grade
                 schedule without looking through the entire employee file. This
                 file is used mainly for edits when changing or deleting
                 schedules.

    PRSYSTEM   - Used to validate the company and process level.
