PR925 - Load Req-d Federal Garn Rules

Run PR925 (Load Required Federal Garnishment Rules) to load federal
garnishment rules. The Payroll system requires these rules to process payroll.
You must run PR925 for each federal tax authority you define on PR06.1 (Tax
Authority).

When you run PR925, the system populates the file PRGARNRULE (Federal Garn
Rules).
