TR114 - Job Code Track

Run TR114 (Job Code Track) to assign tracks to employees with the same job
code. You can see the results of an action without updating TR13.1 (Required
Training by Track and Course) or TR13.2 (Required Training by Employee) by
selecting Report Only in the Update field and running TR114.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - The Checkpoint file is the environment file used for recovery.

    PAEMPTRACK - The Required Training file stores the courses and tracks an
                 employee is required to take.


Referenced Files

    EMPLOYEE   - The employee file is accessed to retrieve the employee's name.

    JOBCODE    - The Job Code Parameters file verifies the job code.

    PACOURSE   - The Courses file verifies the course.

    PATHFIND   - The Employee Report Writer Paths file is referenced by the
                 employee group routine.

    PATRACK    - The Tracks file verifies the track.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file verifies the company.
