Allocation Pool This is the name assigned to the pool
(amount to be allocated). A pool
consists of posted monetary amounts or
statistical units found in ranges of
activities and account categories or
ranges of companies, accounting units,
accounts, and subaccounts specified in
AC32.1 (Allocation Pool).
Pool balances can be accumulated on a
period, year-to-date, or life-to-date
(activity pools only) basis. A pool is
attached to an allocation in AC30.1
(Allocation) or to individual allocation
lines in AC30.2 (Multiple Pool
Allocation).
POL-DESCRIPTION Alpha 30 (Lower Case) AC32.1
Pool Description This is the description of the pool.
POL-STATUS Numeric 1 AC32.1
Status This is the pool status.
1 = Active
2 = Inactive
POL-SOURCE-CODE Alpha 2 AC32.1
Pool Source This code indicates whether the pool is
activity-based or general-ledger-based.
AC = Activity Management Pool
GL = General Ledger Pool
POL-TRANS-TYPE Alpha 1 AC32.1
Transaction Type This field indicates the type of values
to be allocated: amount or units.
A = Amount
U = Units
POL-CUM-BASIS Alpha 1 AC32.1
Cumulative Basis This field indicates the period of time
over which the pool is allocated:
period, year-to-date, or life-to-date.
P = Period-to-date
Y = Year-to-date
L = Life-to-date
POL-ACTIVITY Alpha 15 AC32.1
Activity This is the activity for which account
categories are accumulated in the
allocation pool.
POL-MATRIX-LIST Alpha 12 AC32.1
Attribute List Selected account categories for
activities with this attribute are
accumulated in the allocation pool.
POL-FR-ACCT-CAT Alpha 5 AC32.1
From Account This is the beginning of a range of
Category account categories to be accumulated
into the allocation pool.
POL-TH-ACCT-CAT Alpha 5 AC32.1
Through Account This is the end of a range of account
Category categories to be accumulated into the
allocation pool.

Group Selected account categories belonging
to this group are accumulated in the

Compute Statement The compute statement name is the name
