Training Options
Contains system setup information. It includes flags that indicate whether
the wait list will be used; whether the wait list will be automatic or manual;
the order in which registrants will be taken from the wait list; whether
employees can be on more than one wait list for the same course; or whether
employee can register for more than one session of the same course. It also
indicates what skill source, if any, defaults on TR22.1 (Session Completion).
Before TR01.1 (Course) can be used, the flag that indicates whether the wait
list will be used must be set to create a record.
TR00.1 is the primary program that updates this file.
