TR01.1 - Course

Use TR01.1 (Course) to define courses. A course is a lesson or series of
lessons about a particular subject matter.

Before you use TR01.1 for the first time, be sure you use TR00.1 (Training
Options) to choose setup information.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - The Checkpoint file is the environment file used for recovery.

    PACOST     - The Costs file is updated when a course is deleted.

    PACOURSE   - The Courses file is the primary file maintained by this
                 program.

    PAINSCOURS - The Course Instructors file is updated when courses are
                 deleted.

    PAPREPROPT - The Prerequisite Options file is updated when a course is
                 deleted.


Referenced Files

    PAATTRIB   - The Course Attributes file is accessed to ensure a course is
                 not deleted if it still has attributes.

    PAMODOPT   - The Training Options file is used to verify that setup
                 defaults are selected before courses are defined.

    PAPREREQ   - The Prerequisites file is accessed to ensure a course is not
                 deleted if it has prerequisites.

    PASESSION  - The Sessions file is used to ensure a course is not deleted
                 while sessions still exist.

    PATRACKDTL - The Track Detail file is used to ensure a course assigned to a
                 track is not deleted.

    PCODES     - The Human Resources Code file is used to verify category,
                 type, and organization codes.
