AR75.1 - Customer Summary
Use AR75.1 (Customer Summary) to display detailed account information for a
customer. AR75 contains customer information distributed among three form
tabs; Main, Period Amounts, and Payment Trends.
The Main form tab includes general information such as current balance, open
orders, and dispute amounts. Choose the Comments button to access AR17.1
(Comments). Choose the Net Balance button to access the Net Balance subform to
display the balance for the customer/vendor relationship that you have
defined.
The Period Amounts form tab includes period and year-to-date information.
Year-to-date calculations include amounts from the first general ledger period
through the period you select.
The Payment Trends form tab includes days beyond terms (DBT) and invoice
payment averages (IPA) information. DBT and IPA totals display for the period
selected (Current), the previous eleven periods, and year-to-date. Days beyond
terms is the average number of days beyond the due date that the customer pays
an invoice in full. Invoice payment average is the average number of days
beyond the invoice date that the customer pays an invoice in full.
