BN85.1 - Free Form Letter
Use BN85.1 (Free-Form Letter) to write the body of free-form letters.
A free-form letter is a letter that is sent once to a particular employee,
dependent, COBRA participant, or retiree for a particular situation.
When you write a free-form letter, the Printed field defaults to Not Printed.
When you print the letter, BN285 (Standard Letter Print) updates the Printed
field to Printed. You can reprint a free-form letter by changing the print
status from Printed to Not Printed.
Note: If you intend to print the letter using the letter and label option in
BN285 (Standard Letter Print), the letter cannot exceed 40 lines in length.
