GL13.1 - Subaccount Template
Use GL13.1 (Subaccount Template) to define and maintain a template. The
subaccount template is a group of subaccounts you can assign to a specific
summary and detail account using GL02.3 (Template Subaccount Definition). You
also identify the Status, Posting Level, Units, Required Activity, and
Strategic Ledger options for each subaccount. If your subaccount options
differ from the detail account, the subaccount options selected in this form
are used. If you want to use the options defined for the detail account, leave
the subaccount option fields blank on this form. The detal account values
default to the subaccount when you assign the template to a detail account on
GL02.3.
If you assign a template to a detail account and then change the template, you
must re-assign the template to the account. If you delete a subaccount
template, any subaccount added using that template are NOT deleted.
Choose the New Template to button to define a new template name and
description.
Choose the More button to define additional subaccount information. You can
identify system restrictions, currency options, and data mart values.
You can run GL213 (Subaccount Template Listing) to create a report that lists
subaccount templates.

GL13.2 - Define Subaccount Template
Use GL13.2 (Define Subaccount Template) to define a new template name and type
a description of the template. You can also use this subform to delete an
entire subaccount template. The delete action cannot be undone.

GL13.4 - Template Subaccount System Restriction
Use GL13.4 (Template Subaccount System Restriction) to restrict subaccount
usage to specific systems.
