The Work Order Header file contains the primary information associated with
producing a finished good.

Company This field contains the company number,
as defined in the Inventory Control
system.
WOR-LOCATION Alpha 5
Location Code This field contains a valid stock
location within the company inventory.
It is also the production facility
where finished goods are produced.
WOR-WORK-ORDER Numeric 8
Work Order This identifies the work order and may
be automatically assigned or manually
assigned, depending on the option
defined for each production (inventory)
location.
WOR-WORK-ORDER-SUF Numeric 2
Work Order Suf This will normally be zero for a work
order. If you chose to split a work
order so the completed part of the
finished goods can be available for
allocation, the work order created for
the remaining quantity will have a
non-zero value in this field.
WOR-ITEM Alpha 32
Item Number This field contains the item identifier
of the finished good produced for the
work order, as defined in the Inventory
Control system.
WOR-START-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Start Date This is the production start date for
the work order.
WOR-END-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Ending Date This is the production end date for the
work order.
WOR-EXP-DELIV-DT Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Exp Deliv Dt This is the date needed for the
finished good.
WOR-STATUS Numeric 1
Status The work order statuses indicate the
progression of the work order through
pre and post production stages.
1 = Unreleased
2 = Released
3 = Exploded
4 = In Production
8 = Canceled
9 = Completed
WOR-PICK-FDBK-STAT Numeric 1
Pick Fdbk Stat Each picking feedback status indicates
a stage within the picking feedback
process.
0 = Picking Fdbk Not Started
1 = Picking Fdbk In Process
2 = Picking Fdbk Finished
3 = Picking Fdbk Complete
WOR-PROD-FDBK-STAT Numeric 1
Prod Fdbk Stat Each production feedback status
indicates a stage within the production
feedback process for the work order.
0 = Production Fdbk Not Started
1 = Production Fdbk In Process
2 = Production Fdbk Finished
3 = Production Fdbk Completed
WOR-WALK-THRU-REQ Alpha 1
Walk Thru Req This field indicates that a transaction
line is out of balance. For example, if
lot, bin, or serial number quantities do
not equal the transaction quantity,
select the WalkThru form action to
balance the transaction quantities.
WOR-HOLD-CODE Alpha 4
Hold Code This is the offsite hold code which
indicates if the work order is currently
sent offsite during the production
process to be performed by a vendor.
WOR-PRINTED-FL Alpha 1
Printed Flag This flag indicates if this work order
has been printed by the work order print
program.

System Code This field indicates on what system the
transaction originated.

Doc Nbr Num This is the order or requisition number
when the work order is for a specific
order or requisition.

Line Number This field contains the line number of
the order or requisition when the work
order is for a specific order or
requisition.
WOR-ORIG-WORK-ORDR Numeric 8
Orig Work Ordr This is the original work order that is
being reversed by this work order. This
field will only have a value on reverse
work orders.
WOR-ORIG-WO-SUF Numeric 2
Orig Wo Suf This is the suffix of original work
order that is being reversed by this
work order. This field will only have a
value on reverse work orders.
WOR-PLAN-QTY Signed 13.4
Plan Qty This field contains the planned
quantity for the finished good being
produced by this work order.
WOR-ACTUAL-QTY Signed 13.4
Actual Qty This field contains the actual quantity
of the finished good produced by this
work order.
WOR-DETAIL-QTY Signed 13.4
Detail Qty This field shows the total quantity of
details defined for a detail tracked
item. It is matched against the line
quantity field to determine if details
are in balance.
WOR-SHRINK-QTY Signed 13.4
Shrink Qty Shrinkage quantity is the difference
between the total of the components and
the total of the finished good when all
components are in the same unit of
measure as the finished good. This is a
quantity that may be entered at
production feedback and is for
information only.

Est Comp Cost This is the total of the estimated
costs for 'C' type components that will
used to produce the finished goods.

Act Comp Cost This is the total of actual component
inventory costs for 'C' type components
that were used (not wasted) to produce
the finished goods.

Vendor ID This is the identification code of the
vendor that is currently doing all or
part of the production process while the
work order is on offsite hold.
WOR-OFFSITE-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Offsite Date This is the date that the work order
was sent offsite if it is currently on
offsite hold.
WOR-RETURNED-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Returned Date This is the date the work order was
returned from a vendor performing a
process that had placed the work order
on offsite hold.
WOR-REVERSED-BY-WO Numeric 8
Reversed By Wo This is the number of the work order
that reverses this work order.

Wf Prod Fl The Workflow Management system
production flag is set to Yes when the
