PA222 - Certification Listing
**Form Purpose
Run Certification Listing (PA222) to print a list of the employee
certification information from PA22.1 (Certifications).
The list shows for each employee: the certifications, acquired date, renewal
date, license number, cost, the renewal code, and if the certification is
company sponsored.

PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is used to print comment text.
