Base Price
This file stores the price bases established for items that are to be sold
through the Lawson Order Entry system. All items must have a record in this
file if they are to be ordered and priced by the Lawson Order Entry system.
This is simply the price base for the item and this can be modified up or down
with any one of the three price modifiers (price list, promotion, or
contract).

Company The company number represents an
established company and is entered on
all function codes.
OEB-LOCATION Alpha 5
Location Code If the base location required option
has been selected for the company, the
base list can be further identified by
location to establish base price. This
will indicate that item pricing may
differ, depending on the location where
the item is stored. For example, base
name BASE1 could appear on this form
several times, with a different price
for each different inventory location.
Note: Inventory locations are
established in the Inventory Control
system.
OEB-BASE-NAME Alpha 10
Base Name The user-defined name of a price base.
OEB-CURRENCY-CODE Alpha 5
Currency Code The currency code indicating which
currency the system will use when
creating the price base for the order.
OEB-ITEM Alpha 32
Item Number The identifier of the item to which the
price base will be or has been assigned.
OEB-LAST-MULT-SPR Numeric 1
Last Mult Spr This field indicates whether an item
can be priced using one or multiple
units of measure. If multiple units of
measure are defined for this item, the
user must establish a price for each
unit of measure when defining the base
price for this item.
Applies only to old or "last" pricing
unit of measure table of price base.
0 = Single Pricing UOM
1 = Multiple Pricing UOM

Last Spr Uom If an item is priced in multiple units
of measure, this field holds up to six
different units of measure that can be
used to price the item.
OEB-LAST-SPR-MULT Signed 13.7 Occurs 10 Times
Last Spr Mult If the item is priced using multiple
units of measure, this field holds up to
six conversion factors used to convert
quantities from those pricing units of
measure to stock units of measure.
OEB-LAST-SPR-CD Alpha 1 Occurs 10 Times
Last Spr Cd Code indicating whether each pricing
unit of measure is the default pricing
unit of measure or a valid pricing unit
of measure or an invalid unit of measure
to be used for pricing.
1 = Default Sell Price UOM
2 = Valid Sell Price UOM

Last Price Last base price used before the use of
the current base price.

Current Effective A date indicating when the current

measure flag. If an item is priced in
multiple units of measure, this field
holds up to six different units of
