AM45.1 - Mass Disposal Selection

**Form Purpose
Use Mass Disposal Selection (AM45.1) to select all assets or any selected
group of assets for a company, location, division, type, asset group, account
group, accounting unit, or accounting unit group to be disposed of.

You can dispose of assets in mass by first selecting the assets to be
disposed of. Assets you have selected using this program can be deselected
before the release process performed by AM145 (Mass Disposals).

This program also lets you review and edit an imported disposal file
generated by a handheld terminal.

    AMSELDTL   - Primary file updated. Stores the assets selected for transfer
                 or disposal.


    AMSELECT   - Primary file updated. Stores the header information for the
                 assets to be deleted. Also, stores the information to be
                 changed for mass transfers.

AM45.2 - Mass Disposal Filter

**Form Purpose
Use Mass Disposal Filter (AM45.2) to further define the disposal selection
criteria. To include simulated assets in the filter, select Yes in the
Simulated field.

Note If you want the parameters you select on this form to take effect, you
must select Y (Yes) in the Enable Filter field. An asterisk displays next to
the Filter button on AM45.1 to indicate that the filter is enabled.

AM45.3 - Mass Disposal Totals

**Form Purpose
Use Mass Disposal Totals (AM45.3) to display the number of assets selected
and the total cost basis of the assets selected.
