**Form Purpose
Use Returns by Item (OE86.3) to view a list of return authorizations and
return lines by item and return status (blank = entered, 1 = released and 9 =
closed). A return authorization or return authorization line can be selected
and a transfer to the Return Inquiry form or the Return Line Inquiry form will
show more detail about the record chosen.

Use Returns by Reason Code (OE86.4) to view a list of return authorizations

Inquiry form will show more detail about the record chosen.
