PR252 - United States Territory W-2 Form Printing
**Form Purpose
Run US Territory W-2 Form Printing (PR252) to create US territory W-2 forms
for government reporting, an edit report in either detail or summary format,
or a negative wage report showing all territory employees with negative wages
for the year.
You can define parameters to include all employees or a range of employees
associated with a company, process level, or head process level.
Note At this time you can print W-2 forms for Puerto Rico only.
**More Information
PR252 is not an update program, so you can run it at any time during the year
to verify employee totals.
Important Lawson strongly recommends that you run PR227 (W-2 Parameter
Report) to review the parameters set up on PR27.1 (Year End Parameters) before
you run this option.
