AM90.1 - Asset Book Analysis
**Form Purpose
Use Asset Book Analysis (AM90.1) to view asset book information by asset,
in-service date, basis value, and book value.
NOTE: Class Level Books do not display depreciation by asset, because
depreciation for aset-class assets is calculated at the account level. Use
Class Depreciation Analysis (AM90.6) and Class Depreciation Totals (AM90.7) to
view asset-class depreciation.
**More Information
Use the Company, Lease, Location, Division, Type, Asset Group, and In Service
Date fields to limit the assets displayed to assets associated with a lease, a
division, an asset type or subtype, an asset group, or a range of in-service
dates.
Choose the Total button to display the total basis and book value amounts for
the assets included in the analysis.
Choose the Filter button to enable the filter and set further parameters for
the display. An asterisk next to button displays when the filter is enabled.
Choose the Salvage button to display book basis, salvage value, and book
value amounts for the assets included in the analysis.
Choose the Depr (Depreciation) button to display period, year-to-date, and
life-to-date depreciation for the assets included in the analysis.

AM90.2 - Asset Book Totals
**Form Purpose
Use Asset Book Totals (AM90.2) to view totals for the asset book analysis
online forms. Depending on the form from which it is called, the Total subform
displays different information.
NOTE: Class Level Books do not display depreciation by asset, because
depreciation for aset-class assets is calculated at the account level. Use
Class Depreciation Analysis (AM90.6) and Class Depreciation Totals (AM90.7) to
view asset-class depreciation.
**Processing Effect
- If chosen on Asset Book Analysis (AM90.1), the subform displays total basis
and book value amounts for the assets included in the analysis.
- If chosen on Asset Book Salvage Analysis (AM90.4), the subform displays
book basis, salvage value, and book value amounts for the assets included in
the analysis.
- If chosen on Asset Book Depreciation Analysis (AM90.5), the subform
displays period, year-to-date, and life-to-date depreciation for the assets
included in the analysis.

**Form Purpose
Use Asset Book Filter (AM90.3) to select parameters that limit the number of
assets displayed on Asset Book Analysis (AM90.1), Asset Book Salvage Analysis
(AM90.4), or Asset Book Depreciation Analysis (AM90.5).
NOTE: Class Level Books do not display depreciation by asset, because
depreciation for aset-class assets is calculated at the account level. Use
Class Depreciation Analysis (AM90.6) and Class Depreciation Totals (AM90.7) to
view asset-class depreciation.
**More Information
To enable the filter and have it impact your display, you must select Y
(Enabled) in the Enable Filter field. The default is no filter.
