PA232 - Applicant Reference Listing
**Form Purpose
Run Applicant Reference Listing (PA232) to print a list of references from
PA32.1 (Applicant Reference) for non-employed applicants.
The list shows for each applicant's reference: name, address, association,
telephone information, and whether the reference has been contacted.

APPLICANT - The Applicant file is used to print applicant data.
EMSTATUS - The Employee/Applicant Status file is used to verify employees
status found.
INSTCTRYCD -
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is used to print comment text.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
REFERENC - The Applicant Reference file is the primary file printed on
report.
