Would like to get an idea of what other organizations do with regards to bonuses for FLSA. We were advised by a labor attorney to include signon, relocation, performance/profit sharing, and max pay bonuses in flsa calculations but I get the general impression that this is not what other organizations do. If anyone is willing to share how you have your bonuses setup we would appreciate it.

I am trying to import and process a file for BN532.  I keep getting the error: CSV Hdr Read Error: Fld Name I have compared my file layout to the workdef layout for the BNBATCH file and cannot see anything wrong.  I have checked my jobdef to make sure it specified headers and it does. We pay out a number of bonuses on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.  Has anyone been able to use the PR132 to re-calculate overtime for pay periods that are already paid  If the bonus is a non-discretionary bonus we need to be able to apply that to overtime over any of the pay periods that the bonus applies to.  Not all of our bonuses are specific to one pay period.

Our PA100 is automated, as is the creation of our PA52.4 and PA31 for new hires.  The history flags are checked for the appropriate fields on the HR10.     We have a very random pattern of no history being created by the PA100 that is run to process the PA52.4.  It is very random and the same job may create history for one employee and no history for another employee.  The HIRE actions are all over the place as far as dates (future, current, back dated).     We cannot find any commonalities ...

We upgraded to BSI10 end of September 2015 and we are having an issue with Infor10 not reporting taxable taxes wages for Associates who live in one state & work in another.  Infor10 pulls tax for both and the taxable wages for the work state but reports no taxable for the lived in state. BSI tells us that the issue is that Infor10 uses 'reportable wages' not 'taxable wages' and this is what is causing the issue. The employee is non-US and is not on Lawson Payroll.  Has anyone seen this message before

We recently added a remuneration code to the GTL pay code to correct withholding for PA residents so it omits imputed income,  Now the PA income tax withholding is correct, but two of our local taxes for Centennial School District and Lewisberry City are wrong. I am attempting to load via addins the user fields on the HR06 job code - via form HR15.3.  I have a template from Lawson for the addins for the HR15.3.   I have it completed but it is giving me an error message: 'Job Code does not exist for the effective date'.  However there is no date field on the HR15.3 or the addins that Lawson provided.

Going forward into 2016 ACA reporting, do we skip BN729 and BN529 (for ACA Data Collection Offer) and BN954 and BN554 (for ACA Hours Update) and only run BN149 and BN990 to generate 1095-C It is recommend to run BN149 on monthly basis to review. Someone accidently changed a deduction on PR14 for an employee to a Descending Balance Type that should not be descending and should always pull amount from one time deduction screen (PR39).  Now when the amount for that deduction is loading into the PR39 (via a file submitted every pay).. the value does not pull over to PR14 and the payroll department has to manually update the PR14 so the deduction takes.  If you remover the D on the balance type the PR14 record still forces you to put an amou...
