We recently changed our security to allow the use of PA52.4.  The security is set up the same in production and our test environment.  However in the test environment, all of the buttons along the top (change, add, inquire, etc) are missing.  None of us have them.  Our IT person logged into LID and was able to see the buttons and we were able to process a New Hire via the PA52.4 in LID.  But in the 9.0.1 portal they are not available.   Lawson is at a loss and has not been able to provide us a ...

I think this is difficult to test for proper set up until we receive the final BN299 for the 1094 file creation. We are going to be changing our sup life insurance plan from salary multiples to increments of 10000.  Is the best approach to just create a new plan For age reduction (I know it can't be attached to plans with increments), I am guessing that it is best to set up a separate plan for the employees over age 70

Confirm understanding of the PR82 intent. It is my understanding that PR82 is used to adjust records behind the scenes, for W2's and finance and that these adjustments do not impact the employee's pay check. Questions:  1. Am I correct in my understanding  2. When pulling deductions for a regular payroll, do you include check type 'J' so the adjustment is included I would think no because the intent of the PR82 is not to impact the employees pay check or deduction amount.  3. I have changed the field on PR21 to reflect the 14 day new cycle, but when I use legitimate dates, I get no over time calculations on the pr132, but if I use the date after the legitimate date, I get the data!   Anyone have experience in making changes after go-live
