AC79

AC79.1 - Mass Activity Copy

Use Mass Activity Copy (AC79.1) to copy entire activity structures to an
activity group. The program copies the activity you specify plus any
activities below that activity. The program also lets you indicate how the new
activities should be named and what address levels should be assigned to them.

You can go through several iterations of "To Activity" names. When you are
satisfied with a copy line, you can freeze it and continue modifying the other
lines. Address levels show only after you have released the run group. You can
also unrelease the run group and change the copied structure again.

Choose the Inq Filter button to open Inquire Filter (AC79.3) and display only
a "Copy From" activity group, level range, or activity range; or a "Copy To"
level range or activity range.

Choose the Add Params button to open Add Parameters (AC79.2) and select a
group of "Copy From" activities from distinct structures, based on a level
range, or activity range, or an attribute list.

Choose the Auto Activity button and Y (Yes) in the Apply field to indicate how
the new activity names should be derived. You can add a prefix or suffix to
the old activity names, replace all or part of the activity names with
different characters, or name the new activities after their old address
levels.

Choose the Auto Level button to define the variable level addresses of the
structure to be copied. If you do not specify a different scheme, the system
starts with the next available address number and increments it by 1.

After you release the run group, you must run Activity Copy (AC110) to add the
new activities to the specified activity group.
