AC800 - Revenue Level Activity Update

If you use billing and revenue in the Activity Management system, run AC800
(Revenue Level Activity Update) to update billed and unbilled balances for a
revenue level activity in the Activity Management Activity (ACACTIVITY) file.
Run AC800 after the application installation is complied.

You must run this program as part of your installation process when you
upgrade from a release 7.0.7 or earlier version of the Activity Management
system to release 7.0.8 or later. AC800 creates a report that shows the billed
and unbilled balances created for each revenue level activity.

For complete information on the re-installation process, see the Installation
and Upgrade Manual, Unix Environment.

After you run AC800:

1. Reconcile balances with the General Ledger system for billed and unbilled
accounts using GL90 (Transaction Analysis) and GL95 (Account Analysis).
2. Use AC80.1 (Revenue Level Activity Edit) to make adjustments to billed and
unbilled amounts.
3. Continue daily revenue and billing processing using AC115 (Billing
Calculation) and AC170 (Revenue Calculation).
