BN258 - Spending Account Balance

Run BN258 (Spending Account Balance) to list spending account balances for
employees and COBRA participants.

The report lists either a management listing or individual statements. The
management listing shows one employee or COBRA participant per line. The
individual statements print one page per employee or COBRA participant, with
the individual's address as a heading. Both options list benefit start date,
the annual contribution amount, the contributions-to-date based on the last
run of PR199 (Payroll Close), withdrawals-to-date, and the current account
balance. Individual statements also include a list of reimbursements.
