                     account.  If the PLN-PAY-EXP-FLG is
                     equal to "C," the total of the
                     transaction amounts cannot exceed the
                     BEN-YTD-CONT.  If the PLN-PAY-EXP-FLG is
                     equal to "A," the total transactions
                     cannot exceed the BEN-EMP-PRE-CONT plus
                     BEN-CMP-FLX-CONT.
