PA14.1 - Military Service

Use PA14.1 (Military Service) to track information about an employee's
military status and service.

The information on this screen updates from PA39.1 (Applicant Military
Service) when an applicant is hired with PA52.4 (Hire an Applicant).

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.

    MILITARY   - The Military Service History file is the main file is
                 maintained by this program.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program on a
                 delete function, removes personnel comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE -
                 MI.

    PAEMPLOYEE - The Employee Personnel Information file is maintained by this
                 program.


Referenced Files

    EMPLOYEE   - The Employee file is used to verify employees and employees
                 security class.

    HRSECLEV   - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this program.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program on a
                 delete function, removes personnel comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE -
                 MI.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
                 company and to determine security search limits.
