PA39.1 - Applicant Military Service

Use PA39.1 (Applicant Military Service) to track information about an
applicant's military status and service record.

When you employ an applicant by using PA52.4 (Hire an Applicant) the
information from this screen updates to PA14.1 (Military Service); you do not
have to re-type information.

Updated Files

    APPLICANT  - The Applicant file updates APL-LAST-MIL-SEQ on Add. Maintains
                 draft status final rank and current status.

    CKPOINT    - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.

    MILITARY   - The Military Service History file is the main file is
                 maintained by this program.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file maintained by this program on a
                 delete function. Deletes comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE = MI.
