PA79.1 - Current Totals

The Current Totals window displays the current head counts, FTEs, and
salaries for a position code. The window displays totals as of the system
date.

The Auto Count field indicates whether an update is required to ensure that
these  counts are accurate.

Access this form by choosing the Totals button on PA02, PA70, or PA71.

    PAASSIGNED - The Assigned file is used to get assigned head counts and FTE.

    PABUDGET   - The Budget file is used to get budgeted and authorized head
                 count and FTE.

    PAPOSITION - The Position file is used to verify position and to get
                 process level, department, and position rules.

    PAPOSRULE  - The Position Rules file is used to get position rules.
