TA60.1 - Employee Plan Inquiry

Use TA60.1 (Employee Plan) to manually enroll an employee in a time accrual
plan. You can also use TA60.1 to inquire on an employee's time accrual dates,
and to adjust an employee's plan entry date, first accrual date, and first
eligibility date.

    CKPOINT    -

    EMTAMASTR  - The Employee Time Accrual Account Master file is the primary
                 file maintained by this program.

    EMTATRNSUM - The Emp TA Transaction Summary file is used to ensure that all
                 records for a time accrual plan are deleted if a time accrual
                 plan is deleted.


Referenced Files

    EMPLOYEE   - The Employee file is used to validate employees.

    EMTATRANS  - The Emp Time Accrual Transactions file ensures that no
                 transactions exist before the system deletes an employee's
                 enrollment.

    EMTATRNSUM - The Emp TA Transaction Summary file is used to ensure that all
                 records for a time accrual plan are deleted if a time accrual
                 plan is deleted.

    GLINTCO    -

    HRSECLEV   - The Employee Security Level file determines field level
                 security by company.

    PLANMASTER - The Time Accrual Plan file is used to validate time accrual
                 plans.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used for company
                 validation and for security search purposes.
