ACGLACCT FILE Activity GL Accounts This file contains valid general ledger accounts in the Activity Management system. The file contains activity group, activity, account category, the account field, and account group, as well as beginning and ending values and an Include/Exclude flag. Activity Management system general ledger account records are created by AC07.1 (Account Assignment). All Lawson subsystems verify accounts in this file if general ledger account editing in Activity Management is specified. This file can be listed by running AC207 (Account Assignment Listing). Use All to signify all account categories for the activity group and activity. AGA-SEQ-NUMBER Numeric 6 AC07.1 AC105 Sequence Number Key field. This is the sequence number. AC110 AC120 AC730 AC959 AGA-ALL-ACT-FLAG Alpha 1 AC07.1 AC105 All Activities Flag Use the All Activities flag to indicate AC110 AC120 whether an account category applies to AC730 AC959 all activities. If the account category applies to only one activity, enter the activity name in the Activity field, and use the No option for this flag. Yes indicates that the account category applies to all activities. No indicates that the account category does not apply to all activities. AGA-ALL-ACCT-CAT Alpha 1 AC07.1 AC105 All Account Use the All Account Categories flag to AC110 AC120 Categories indicate whether all account categories AC730 AC959 are assigned to an activity or activities in the activity group. If all account categories do not apply to an activity, enter the name of the account category that does apply in the Account Category field, and use the No option for this flag. Yes indicates that all account categories apply to the activity or activities in the activity group. No indicates that not all account categories apply to an activity or activities in the activity group. AGA-ACCT-FIELD Numeric 1 AC07.1 AC105 Account Field Required. This field indicates the AC110 AC120 account field you are defining values AC730 AC959 for. 1 = Company 2 = Accounting Unit 3 = Account 4 = Sub Account AGA-INC-EXC-FLAG Alpha 1 AC07.1 AC105 Include / Exclude Required. Select Include or Exclude to AC110 AC120 Flag indicate whether the value or value AC730 AC959 range is included in or excluded from an account. List values and ranges to be excluded first. I = Include E = Exclude AGA-BEG-VAL Alpha 15 AC07.1 AC105 Beginning Value Required. Enter a beginning value that AC110 AC120 is valid for the account field you are AC730 AC959 defining. For example, if you select Accounting Unit in the Account field, the value in this field must be a valid accounting unit. AGA-END-VAL Alpha 15 AC07.1 AC105 Ending Value Optional.
