TPPARAM FILE
Tip Parameters
Contains all company and allocation level parameters necessary to run the
Tips system. It is created and maintained in TP00.1 (Company Allocation). You
can print the information in this file using TP200 (Allocation Level Listing).

Allocation Method Contains the value that determines the
allocation method. Valid values are:
G = Individual Gross Receipts.
H = Hours Worked.

Allocation Percent Contains the allocation percent for the
allocation method.
TPP-EST-NAME Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Establishment Name Contains the establishment name.
TPP-EST-ADDR1 Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Establishment Contains the first line of the
Address 1 establishment address.
TPP-EST-ADDR2 Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Establishment Contains the second line of the
Address 2 establishment address.

Ctrl Tot Flg Contains the value that determines if

Receipts Allocation) must balance to the
allocation level gross receipts before
TP100 (Tip Shortfall Allocation) can be
run.
TPP-TRAN-CONT-CODE Alpha 5
Tran Cont Code Contains the Transmitter Control Code
assigned by the IRS.
TPP-EST-TYPE Alpha 1
Est Type Contains the value that identifies the
type of establishment. Valid values are:
1 = Evening meals only.
2 = Evening and other meals.
3 = Meals other than evening meals.
4 = Alcoholic beverages.
