HC02.1 - Headcount-Turnover Data Mart Setup
Use HC02.1 (Headcount-Turnover Data Mart Setup) to define the dimensions and
the criteria for each dimension in the OLAP database. You must define these
dimensions before you can define the database load profile and populate the
OLAP database using the OLAP Database Load program.
You are required to define information for the Employee dimension. You are
also required to define at least one measure.
You can use up to 20 dimensions at a time.
Note: When you create the cube for this Data Mart and plan to load more than
one time dimension, use the Incremental Load feature (not full updates). This
will create an error report that shows many duplicates, which should be
ignored
If you run the Time dimension on full load, prior time dimensions will be
lost because they would not be passed with each iteration. In addition,
employees that were passed previously, but not with the latest load would be
lost.

HC02.2 - Turnover Submeasures
Use HC021.2 (Turnover Submeasures ) to define the members to roll up into a
turnover dimension.
This creates a hierarchy for a turnover measure. For example, you can use
the termination measure and then define a submeasure to split out the
different types of terminations:
Termination
Voluntary
Involuntary
