PA125 - Employee History Purge
Run PA125 (Employee History Purge) to purge employee history created through
personnel actions. You can purge history for an employee, a group of
employees, all history related to certain actions, or all history.
Important: This program purges all information specified in the parameters of
the report. Review report parameters before submitting the report. Lawson
strongly recommends doing a backup following your MIS procedures before
running this report. In addition, to ensure accurate prior values, Lawson
recommends that PA125 and HR125 (Employee Audit Purge) be run at the same time
for the same Thru Date.

CKPOINT - The Check Point file is the universe file used for recovery.
HISTERR -
HRHISTORY - The HR History file is used to delete history records that tie
to personnel actions.
PERSACTHST - The Personnel Action History file is used to remove personnel
action records for purged employees.
PRRATEHIST - The Employee Rate History file is used to delete the pay rate
and salary history records that tie to personnel action.
Referenced Files
EMPLOYEE - The Employee file is used to verify employees found and report
first name, last name, and middle initial.
PADICT - The HR Systems Data Security file is used to verify personnel
dictionary record found. If found, move PAD-ITEM-NAME to
report; else, move spaces.
PERSGROUP - The Employee Group Header file is used when report option = 2
(Employee Group), verify. If Employee Group Header record not
found, find next record.
PGEMPLOYEE - The Employee Group Employees file is used when run option = 2,
verify. If PGEMPLOYEE record not found, find next record.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company and to report on PRS-COMPANY, PRS-NAME, PRS-USF-CODE,
and PRS-LEVEL-NAME.
