PA371 - Budget Purge
Use PA371 (Budget Purge) to remove past, current, or future budget
information.
Budget records are purged according to their effective dates; If an effective
date does not fall within the dates you enter, those records are not purged.
Only one type of budget record (position, process level/job; or process
level/department/job) purges at a time. If you want to purge more than one
type of record, purge the records separately.
Current records cannot be purged if position rules indicate that assigned
resources cannot exceed the budget and if assigned resources exist for that
record.
You can create a comma-separated value (CSV) file that contains the purged
information. This information can be reloaded with PA570 (Budget Conversion).
