PR205 - Deduction Listing
Run PR205 (Deduction Listing) to produce a listing of deductions from
information defined in PR02.1 (Deduction Class), PR03.1 (Deduction Required
Code) and PR05.1 (Deduction). The report selection determines the information
included in the listing.

EMDEDMASTR - Used to create required code deductions for employees who meet
defined parameters and do not yet have the deduction defined.
EMPLOYEE - Used to update the Last Logfile Sequence and Last Deduction
Sequence Number fields.

DCCLASS - Used to validate the deduction class.
DEDCODE - Used to validate deductions, update the change flag, and
provide deduction information for the report.
EMSTATUS - Used to validate employee status.
GLINTCO -
GLSYSTEM - Used to validate the general ledger company.

HRSECLEV - Used to validate the employee's data item security level.
ONETMDED - Used to determine if one-time deductions exist. You cannot
delete an employee if one-time deductions exist for the
employee.

PASCRTY - Used to validate data item attributes; security level, if the
data item is to be logged, if the data item is required in a
program, and if the data item can be changed only by a
personnel action.
PAYDEDUCTN -
PLAN - Used to determine if a benefit plan exists. You cannot delete
an employee if the employee is tied to a benefit plan.
PREMDEDHST - Referenced by employee object only.
PRQUALIFY - Used to determine if an employee qualifies for a required
deduction.
PRSYSTEM - Used to validate the company.
PRTAXCAT -
PRTAXLEVY - Used to retrieve the levy year.
PRTAXLOC -
REQCODE - Used to validate the required deduction code.
