AC46.1 - Manual Commitments Transaction Entry
**Form Purpose
Use Manual Commitments Transaction Entry (AC46.1) to enter manual
commitments. Examples of manual commitments include travel expenses, tuition
expenses, and miscellaneous resource charges.
Note If information such as transaction date, expiration date, currency, or
resource is the same for all transactions, use the Defaults link to access
Default Information (AC46.3) and enter it once.

AC46.2 - Manual Commitment Filter
**Form Purpose
Use Manual Commitment Filter (AC46.2) to filter the commitment transactions
displayed on Manual Commitments Transaction Entry (AC46.1). Use activity,
resource, and date to restrict the display.

AC46.3 - Default Information
**Form Purpose
Use Default Information (AC46.3) to define defaults for the manual commitment
transactions you create on Manual Commitments Transaction Entry (AC46.1).
AC46.3 can set resource information defined on Additional Information
(AC46.4), which you access by choosing the More link. So if the resource
information is the same for all transactions, use AC46.3 instead of choosing
More each time you enter a transaction.
