BN00.1 - Benefits Company
**Form Purpose
Use Benefits Company (BN00.1) to define company benefit parameters. The
company is defined in Company (HR00.1).

BN00.3 - COBRA Occurrence Types
**Form Purpose
Use COBRA Occurrence Types (BN00.3) to define occurrences, or qualifying
events. An occurrence is an event that allows an employee or the employee's
qualified beneficiaries to continue benefit coverage.
Examples of an occurrence include divorce, separation, death, termination,
reduction in working hours, or a dependent whose age that exceeds the plan
definition of a dependent.
You can assign standard letters to occurrence types. A standard letter is a
letter that you want sent to people on a regular basis. For example, a letter
to notify an employee of his or her rights under COBRA. The standard letter is
defined in BN05 (Standard Letter).

**Form Purpose
Use Group Life W-2 Table (BN00.4) to define parameters for the calculation of
employee tax liability for the cost of excess life insurance.
BN150 (Life Insurance Reportable Income) uses the values you define in BN00.4
to calculate the cost of excess life insurance. For complete information on
how the Benefits Administration application calculates the cost of excess life
insurance, see "Calculating the Cost of Excess Life Insurance" in the Benefits
Administration User Guide.
